KN Valuations, Inc., formerly Kalinowski Neal & Associates, has been providing commercial real estate appraisals and consultation services throughout Arizona for almost 30 years. We strive to provide the highest quality appraisal reports and consultation services in a timely and professional manner to meet today's rapidly changing markets.
In 2019, Kevin assumed the position of co-owner and managing partner of Kalinowski Neal & Associates. Prior to 2019, Kevin had been an appraiser with Kalinowski & Associates, Inc. since 1996. He provides consultation services and appraisals of commercial properties. Prior to joining Kalinowski & Associates, Inc., Kevin was an appraiser with Mallery & Associates, a Phoenix-based real estate appraisal firm. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Arizona State University. Kevin has been a long-time supporter of organ and tissue donation in Arizona as a volunteer with the Donor Network of Arizona and a volunteer and board Vice-President of the non-profit, New Life Society. Kevin lives in Phoenix with his wife and children.
In 1995 Rick established Kalinowski & Associates, Inc. Prior to starting his own commercial appraisal business, he was a partner at Burke Hansen, Inc., a Phoenix-based appraisal firm. Rick had been with Burke Hansen for 21 years. Rick received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado. He has held many professional offices in both local and national levels and presently is the regional member of the Ethics Administration Division of the American Institute. He has received awards for his many contributions to both national and local appraisal groups. In addition, Rick has been an active civic leader in his community serving on several non-profit boards including The Phoenix Zoological Society, Arizona Chapter of the Leukemia Society, the University Club of Phoenix, Phoenix Children's Hospital and most recently, the Phoenix Downtown YMCA. Rick lives in Phoenix with his wife and has three grown children and five grandchildren. He is a long-standing triathlete as well as marathoner.
Ursula has over 25 years’ business management, accounting and consulting experience. In 2016 she became a Certified Grief Coach and started Compass Reset, a grief coaching service for people who have lost children. From 2007 to 2014 she was the Manager and Special Projects Coordinator for the New Life Society, a Phoenix-based non-profit organization.
Ursula has had the opportunity to enjoy a varied career history including but not limited to: commercial construction, brokerage and real estate appraisal services, organ donation support services, accounting, and oil and gas operations, in addition to serving on several non-profit advisory boards. Ursula has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Professional Grief Coach through the Fowler International Academy (FIA). She is married to her long-time partner, Kevin, and is the mother of three children, Tristan, Kelligar (deceased), and Aidan.
